From these facilities, we deliver a variety of services including: secure hosting; managed gateways; and managed Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) for some of the world’s largest corporations, financial institutions and Governments.

In Australia, Cybertrust works within the parameters of international, national and industry standards and maintains the following AGIMO, DSD and ASIO accreditations

• ASIO Protective Services T4 Accreditation of our data centres;
• DSD certification of our managed Gateway operations; and
• Gatekeeper accreditation of a number of Cybertrust and customer PKI's by AGIMO.

To achieve DSD certification, DSD have carried out rigorous auditing of our policies, procedures and other supporting documentation used to operate the infrastructure. These procedures and documentation have been developed with regard to ISO 17799, AS/NZS 4360, ACSI33, the DSD Gateway Certification Guide and industry best practice, highlighting the importance that Cybertrust places on quality management.

The Trust Centres are operational 24x7 and are staffed by Cybertrust staff members that possess security clearances to at least the HIGHLY PROTECTED level.

Cybertrust manages the delivery of services to its customers through Service Level Agreements that are tailored to address the requirements of each customer and the specific infrastructure required to deliver the services. Performance metrics and management reporting are provided to each customer on the performance of the service on a monthly basis. In addition, security incidents and security trend analysis is provided to customers based on the significant security monitoring capabilities deployed by Cybertrust.
