Cybertrust values your right to privacy and takes care to keep your personal identifying, company identifying and security information safe, secure and confidential. The access to and use of this site constitutes express consent by the user and the company the user represents to the collection, use and transfer of data, including outside of the European Union, in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. If the user disagrees with the way Cybertrust processes data collected on this site we recommend that users do not use this web site. We do not share any specific security information. When used in the course of scientific or research purposes, all reasonable identifying information is removed.

If Cybertrust makes changes to this Privacy Policy, it will provide notice of such changes on this web site so that users will be informed of the current policy's provisions. No changes will be made in violation of applicable laws on personal data protection. This privacy policy only covers the www.cybertrust.com and www.icsalabs.com web sites.

Commercial Site / Age of Users
This site is a commercial site intended for use by commercial companies or businesses and their representatives. It provides a way for commercial professionals to obtain information about, and to access Cybertrust products and services on-line. This is not a consumer site. It is not a site intended for the use of children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use this site and, most importantly, do not fill in the registration form or send an email to Cybertrust.

Safe Harbor
Cybertrust is compliant with the U.S. Department of Commerce under the "Safe Harbor Agreement" with the European Union. Cybertrust uses the BBBOnLine Privacy Program as a method for providing consumers with access to an independent, dispute resolution mechanism.

Data Collected
On some pages, you can order literature, make requests, and register to receive materials. Many items are not accessible without registration. The types of personal information collected at these pages are Logged Files and Cookies.

The Cybertrust web site logs IP addresses and browser types for systems administration purposes and these logs will be analyzed to constantly improve the value of the materials available on the web site. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.

Cybertrust sets a cookie that is in no way related to any personally identifiable information upon completion of the registration form. This is to allow users to bypass the form in the future.
